Traditionally seen as a symbol of love and marriage, the bow motif first appeared in jewelry in the 17th century French royal court of Louis XIV, when gold or silver was delicately shaped into loose double bows covered with gemstones and attached to necklaces or brooches. Its re-appearance over and over again, in some of the world’s most coveted fine jewelry collections, shows that the beautiful bow motif is as relevant today as it was in the 17th century.
I love the Retro style of this Amethyst bow pendant. Measuring a really nice 20mm long and 13mm wide it features a tiny .02-.03 diamond and a deep purple 1 carat diamond equivalent size pear drop. There are three different stamps on the back – 45, C inside a circle, and a V – I was unable to find information for the maker. This pendant is crafted in 10k yellow gold weighing 1.39g with a large double loupe at the back that any chain would fit through.  No chain included this is for the pendant only

We have 3 business days after receiving a return to examine the item to ensure it has been returned in unaltered condition before a refund is issued. There will be a
restocking fee

All of our listings are for estate jewelry which is pre-owned or new jewelry made from estate findings and recycled material.  Unless specifically mentioned as newly made, items may not appear new.  There may be signs of normal use such as scratches to the metal, items may have been sized, stones may have light wear or small chips to stones.  Our items are carefully inspected under magnification and flaws are described to the best of our knowledge.
