Description
This pajama set is made from a very nice quality heavy flannel. There are no spots, stains, holes, tears or other damage to either piece. I can't be sure of when it was made but flannel like that hasn't been available since the early 1960s I believe, so I figure this is from anytime even from the 1920s on. Please see my measurements cuz there's no size on this - it does look like a mens large or x-lg to me. It has a pajama shirt with a mandarin collar, front snap closure (slightly off the center to match with the mandarin collar), long sleeves, breast pocket. The back of the top has William Beaumont US Army Medical Center stamped on it - this was badly stamped; it was double stamped so there's a partial stamp over the full stamp. The pants have a perfect stamp on the butt. The waistband has a snap closure and 2 short ties sewn on each side going through a belt loop so the waist can be tightened & made smaller by about 9". There's a front fly. The pajamas look like they've rarely been worn.Measurements: SHIRT: shoulders = 19" ; chest = 44" ; sleeves = 21.5" ; back from collar/back seam to bottom of shirt = 28". PANTS: waist = 40" ; hips = 42" ; inseam = 27".
