Vintage Buddha Pendant Bakelite?
Small, intricately designed pendant of a smiling Buddha with an animal on his head. I took this to the estate jeweler, and he thinks that it's bakelite though he's not positive. It's made of some type of light, smooth material. Very detailed design with hands holding a circle containing symbols. I'm not even sure if it's a traditional Buddha as there is no stomach, though he is smiling. The little creature on top of the head is very interesting. The chain is serviceable but undistinguished. Very unusual piece.
