IF ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:  I take all precautions to see your item arrives to you safely and in one piece.  If the item is broken and includes insurance (all priority shipments include insurance) you will need to send me detailed pictures of the broken item and packaging.   A claim will be filed with USPS.  You MUST hang on to the item and packaging until I advise you what to do with it because the post office MAY require you to take it up there as part of the claim process. No refunds will be issued until after the insurance claim is processed.  This can take 1-2 weeks.  I apologize for having to handle it this way.  I have had several buyers after receiving their refund discard the item and packaging and not respond to my requests resulting in my claim being denied.
