The Castiel Angel Blade Unique Handmade Leather Saddle Tan and Royal Blue Purse/Pouch
-- for adults who love Supernatural is a leather pocket that features a one of a kind gently diagonal natural edge flap –this flap has been line carved all around at 1/8”(and black edged), with royal blue side ¼” stipes, then given a cloud textured 1” royal blue stripe down the middle.  It was dyed a rich orange- tan color, called saddle tan.  The flap, measuring  7.5” Wide X  6” long at the apex  is sewn onto the main body of the pouch (which exactly echoes the color scheme of the flap) with black braided cord, as are all the seams and the  leather plaque that houses the angel blade art work.
The art is from an original drawing by Denver artist Kevin Greene, a beautiful rendition of slightly asymmetrical  angel wings with angel blade in the center; this drawing was adapted by the leathercrafter. . .transferred. then hand carved,  into the rounded edge rectangular leather appliqué, the design is hand painted and colored black to contrast the saddle tan plaque (slightly lighter than the rest of the purse), then  finally highlighted around the carvings with gilt silver and gold,  and hand textured with brown and tan paints to accentuate the 3d feel of the design.  The artwork piece was black edged, then glued and stitched on to the center of the flap.
The oval ended box-like pocket that measures 7.75” W ” X by 1.37” D X 6” L—the length of the pouch is slighltly flexible, determined by the tightness that the saddle tan tone leather thongs are pulled around the cloud textured scalloped edge concho.  This concho has been decorated with an antique brass angel wing charm and a silver “C”, relating to the character Castiel from Supernatural   All seams are wrap stitched by hand and reinforced with tanners bond.  The flap (and entire purse) is lined with black suede cloth that covers, not only the stitching of the design and attachment of the concho  but  the flap seam  and the entire purse.    The tips of the leather thong are finished with textured silver metal beads and painted royal wooden beads.
The back pouch strap that is glued, riveted and sewn in place will accommodate a belt up to 4” wide, and serves as a handle should you wish to carry it as a clutch bag.  Additionally, this pouch has antique brass  d-rings also glued, riveted, and sewn  to the top of the side panels of the pocket  thru which you can add a chain or a strap to turn your belt pouch into a smaller over the shoulder purse or  daybag for carrying those essential   items you need . . .keys, many cellular devices, wallet, tickets , and chapstick or even a 6oz flask.   Please measure your smart phone, as 6.5” is about as long as you can comfortably stretch the length of the pocket.
Fabriquewerx does offer a small collection of coming soon stock ¾” strap/belts that can snap around the drings  for an additional 25.00, but when purchased with this bag are reduced to 20.00.
