If this item qualifies for Fedex Home Delivery or UPS shipping it must be shipped to a street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you select either Fedex Home Delivery or UPS and you have a P.O. Box for a shipping address, you will be asked to submit additional funds for the next cheapest shipping option.
Payment is expected within 4 days of the sale. If payment is not received, the item will be re-listed or offered to the next highest bidder without prior notification. Shipping happens as fast as payment happens, so the faster I receive payment the faster you receive your item. If there are any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
In general, I do not offer a return/refund policy UNLESS there has been gross negligence on my part. I do my very best to test things and look over items but there can be things that get missed. If there is a problem, your best course of action is to contact me immediately for a possible resolution. In the event that I accept a return, the item must be sent back in the very same condition as when it left my possession. In certain circumstances, you may be responsible for return shipment costs including insurance. In the event that I offer a refund, original shipping cost is not refunded unless the item is never received. That is a service that is provided by a third party vendor and completed. I do not get that money back from them.
