Homer Laughlin 1939 Golden Gate International Exposition - 6 1/2” plate . It’s not deep enough to be a bowl but it’s about 1 inch deep in the center . Maybe an ashtray? I am sure now it’s an ashtray . On each side there is a little place to put the cigarette were at dips down. Please see pictures no chips or cracks all sales final.
