Dell Wyse 5070 Model N11D for Parts / Repair, NO Power Supply or SDD

Offered is a Dell Wyse 5070 Model N11D Thin Client.
Condition is for parts / repair.
Obtained from an estate sale.  Unit is very clean, does not appear to have been abused.  There was no power supply and I did not realize it uses a special connector that I do not have.  Since I have no way to power it up, it is listed as is for parts / repair.
There is no power supply and no SSD.
Unit has 8GB of RAM installed  (2 X 4GB HMA851S6AFR6N-UH) - see image.  I removed the CPU heat sink and wiped off some of the thermal paste to see if there was a model stamped on the CPU, there was not.  It has X924H311 printed on the card - can be seen in the image, however, I could not identify what it is.  The case has a Pentium Silver sticker on it but I do not know which model it is.
Suggest you reapply some additional thermal paste prior to using.
Includes the base that will removed for shipping.
