    Description

    Celestron CGX CGX-L Dan's Pier Top Plate CPC Tripod Adapter.
    This is a tripod top adapter that allows for the Celestron CPC tripod to be used with the Celestron CGX or CGX-L equatorial mounts.
    Also included is an aluminum spacer that allows the adapter plate to tighten snugly to the top of a CPC tripod.
    The CPC tripod in the pictures is not included - it is just there to show how the adapter fits.
    The adapter can also be used as a pier top plate to allow the EQ Mount to install on top of an 8 inch diameter Pier with the same three anchor screw hole pattern available on Celestron CPC tripods.
