Wonderful 1890's antique Anchor brand hand crank clothes ringer.
Manufactured in the United States in the 1890's by Lovell Manufacturing Co. in Erie                                                                                                        Pennsylvania
under the trade name of Anchor Brand.
The wringer must have been a deluxe model since it states that it
has the following innovations,
"Improved Guide Board for Spreading the Clothes",
"Easy Turning Steel Ball Bearings", and
"Reversible Water Board".
The wringer also states that it has patents, one issue June 21, 1893,
Used but in very good condition for its age - see photos.
The dimension of the wringer are about 18 inches high,
16 inches across, and 6 1/2 inches at its widest point not including the crank.
The crank is about 12 inches long from the shaft of the rollers.
