Dated 1739, this deed from George March to David Hutchings, both of Arundel mentions the Kennebunk River as a boundary and the "little house of Charles Chadwick," a resident known to live near Dock Square. Also references Jeremiah Foulsam (Folsom). Signed by Hutchins, March, and witnessed by John Burbank, John Storer and Daniel Moulton. 8 by 13 inches, fair shape with toning, creases, losses at creases, and archival tape restoration.
